Mrs. Frank Harms, a former resident of this county, died at the home of Fred Greve, of Monticello, Iowa. She was an aunt of Frank Harms and Mrs. Brust, of this township.

The burials in Wayne-Zion cemetery, Wayne twp., Jones co. IA include Engel Margarethe Harms 08/02/1823 - 03/18/1907. The cemetery is south of Monticello near the Wayne-Zion Lutheran church. Her death certificate gives the same dates, age 83y, 7m, 16d. Widow, born Germany. Father: Edward Harms Mother: not known Informant: Henry Harms, Monticello, IA
