Dan Ivory, formerly a resident of this county, but for the last 30 years a resident of Cloquett, Minn., died at that place on Monday, Jan. 23, 1911, being about 75 years of age at the time of his death. He was a member of Co. F, 44th Wisconsin. His remains were brought to this county and funeral services were held last Thursday, Rev. Father Hartigan officiating, interment in the Cox Creek cemetery. He leaves to mourn his death a sister, Mrs. O'Brien, of Strawberry Point, and many other relatives and friends.
