W. H. Sandusky, a former resident of this city, died at his home at Dubuque, Iowa, last Tuesday night at 12:30, following an illness of several months. The deceased was born in Morgantown, West Virginia, July 7, 1863, removing with his parents to Clayton County in 1870, where he spent the greater part of his life. He is survived by his wife and four children, Frank, of Buxton, Iowa: Agnes, Gretchen and little Joseph at home; also four brothers, F. M., of Washington; A. W., of Garber; J. W. and J. L., of New Hampton, Iowa. The deceased was a member of the Masonic Lodge, A.F. & A.M., of Dubuque, Iowa. The remains were shipped here Friday. Interment in the Mt. Harmony Cemetery. We deeply sympathize with the bereaved family.
