Elkader Register & Argus, Thur., 14 Dec. 1911.

From the New Hampton papers we learn of the death of John H. Andrick, formerly editor of the North Iowa Times and well known throughout this section of the state.

Several weeks ago he had a bad fall and gradually failed until his death occurred Thursday morning, Dec. 7th, at the home of Mrs. Alex. McDonnell in New Hampton.

Mr. Andrick was born at Monroe, Wis., April 3, 1841. He grew to manhood there and then came to McGregor, where he was for twenty-five years the editor of the North Iowa Times.

Ten years ago he moved to Mason City. His later years were spent as a traveling salesman.

Mr. Andrick's wife died several years ago. He is survived by one son, George, and three daughters, Mrs. E. E. Pratt, and the Misses Scott and Josephine Andrick, all of Mason City.
