Helen Bernice Kolker was born in Millville township March 29, 1926, to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kolker and died in a hospital in Chicago May 1, 1926, being 1 month and 2 days of age. She was born with a deformity that had she lived, would have rendered her an invalid. Hoping to cure this deformity she was taken to Chicago, April 27th and an operation was performed April 29, but the frail little body was not able to stand the strain and the Angel of Death ended her suffering at 4 o'clock, May 1st. She leaves to mourn her untimely death her parents, one brother, John, and one sister, Alo. One great-grandfather, Mr. John Nuehring, one grandmother, Mrs. Lis Kolker and other relatives.
