Clayton County Register, Thur., 24 Nov. 1932. Guttenberg column.

Mrs. Paul Dorweiler (nee Anna Roth) former long-time, highly esteemed resident of this community, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Josephine Ollendick, at Cresco Friday morning, at the age of 89 years, four months and two days, the cause of her death being mostly due to the infirmities of old age. Deceased was born in Germany, later coming to America. She was married at Guttenberg to Paul Dorweiler, who preceded her in death a number of years ago. For many years the family resided on a farm in Jefferson township. Deceased also lived in Guttenberg for a number of years, but of late years she had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Josephine Ollendick, and family, at Cresco. Mrs. Dorweiler was one of the early settlers of this community. She was a faithful member of the Catholic church. Her death is deeply mourned by three daughters: Mrs. Elizabeth Nieland of Jefferson township; Mrs. Josephine Ollendick of Cresco; and Mrs. Katherine Haas of South Dakota; three sons, Ben of Guttenberg, Henry of Cresco, and Paul of South Dakota; a large number of grand and great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends, who will all sadly miss this worthy mother and friend. The body was brought to Guttenberg for burial and funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Father J. A. Dupont at St. Mary's Catholic church in Guttenberg on Monday morning, with interment in St. Mary's cemetery. The funeral was well attended by relatives and friends from far and near.
