Jeanette Doerring, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lorenz Doerring, died Monday morning about 4 o'clock at the Prairie du Chien, Wis., hospital of lockjaw, at the age of 6 years. The funeral occurred Thursday afternoon from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Doerring, thence to the Luana Lutheran church. The services were conducted by her pastor, the Rev. Kumpf, with burial in the cemetery adjoining the church. She leaves to mourn her passing her parents; sisters Eleanor and Elain; two brothers, Frederick and Harold; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Doerring and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Palas; and six uncles. The members of her Sunday School and Day School classes sang very nicely her favorite song, "Jesus Loves Me, This I Know," while standing among the abundant floral offerings that draped her casket.
