Clayton County Register, Thur., 1 Sept. 1932. Monona column.

Mrs. Augusta Price, aged 83, the mother of Amiel Price, died at Pipestone, Minn., and funeral services were held Friday morning from Pilgrim Evangelical church in Monona, with burial in the Council Hill cemetery, east of Monona, Rev. G. T. Vieth officiating. She was the mother of eight children. Five survive her. Her husband preceded her in death. They formerly lived near Monona, and a large number of her former neighbors attended her funeral.
