Died.
At her residence near Sni Magill, 3 miles from this city, February 23d, 1871, of consumption Mrs. Nancy Barnhouse, aged 64 years.

Thus hath one of the early settlers of this county laid aside her earthly robes and passed to that bourn from whence no traveler returns.

The deceased was a native of Ohio, and settled in the home in which she died about 15 years ago. The little community of friends and relative who now mourn the loss of her who ever had a kind word for all, will long cherish the memory of the departed one, and often, in after life, tears will silently fall on cheeks which her lips were wont to press in kindness and love.
