On Thursday a.m. Mr. Henry Borcherding dropped dead at his home. He had been feeling fine and while at his work he was suddenly stricken.

Mr. Borcherding and Miss Ida Kregel were married about forty years ago and have been residing on their farm since that time. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Florence and Alberta, and one son, Victor. There are three sisters, Mrs. Christina Kishman, Mrs. Louisa Wolter and Mrs. Anna Dettman, and one brother Fred.

The funeral was held Sunday p.m. and the Rev. Emil Lehne officiated.

Florence Tuefert, Dau., 19.
Alberta Borcherding, Dau., 13.

Louise Borcherding, Wife, 40.

Frank Sodawassea, Servant, 39.

The 1940 Fed. Census of Guttenberg Town, Jefferson Twp. shows:

Henry H. Borcherding, 60.
Lewise Borcherding, 60.
