The death of Mrs. Ed White, 94, occurred Tuesday, April 28, at Oelwein, where she had made her home for more than 25 years with her daughter, Mrs. Park Shreve.

Mrs. White, the former Miss Clara Crain, was the widow of Ed White, a partner in the Adams-White general merchandise store in Volga for many years.

She leaves two sons, Sidney of R.F.D. 2, Elkader, and Shubael, Oelwein; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Ruth) Bartels and Mrs. Park (Doris) Shreve, Oelwein; a half-brother, D. J. Crain, Volga; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are indefinite at this time. Burial will be in Hill Crest cemetery, Volga.
