Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 2, at the Norway Lutheran Church for Mrs. William Andermann,, with the Rev. Bruce Boyce officiating. Burial was at the Union cemetery, Aurora.
Pallbearers were Merrill Noble, Calvin Werger, Warren Werger, Keith Reinhardt, Vernor Seedorf and Donald Seedorf.
Henrietta Viola Andermann, daughter of James and Bertha Wick, was born June 2, 1905, in Buena Vista Township, Clayton County, Iowa, and died Aug. 31, 1959, at a Prairie du Chien, Wis., hospital at the age of 54 years and two months.
She attended schools in Guttenberg and Littleport.
On Oct. 17, 1927 she was married to William J. Andermann of Strawberry Point. Two children, Annabelle and Betty, were born to this marriage.
In 1940 the Andermanns moved to St. Olaf and have mmade their home there since that time.
In 1946 Mrs. Andermann became a member of the Norway Lutheran Church of St. Olaf through adult baptism and confirmation. She had also been a member of the local auxiliary of the American Legion for the past 15 years.
She is survived by her husband, William, two daughters, Annabelle, Mrs. Lester Torsrud, of Waterloo, and Betty, Mrs. Gene Konichek, of West Union, a sister, Mrs. Ann Reinhardt of Guttenberg, and five grandchildren.
