The death of Fremont Pugh aged 67 years occurred last Friday after a two years illness with Bright's disease. At times he could not work and was confined to the bed so he was compelled to rent his place and about a year ago moved to town where he could take it easier working only when his health permitted him. He was not confined to his bed only a short time before his death. He leaves his sorrowing wife and four children; Mrs. Myrtle Debes, Mrs. Mae Debes, Mrs. Dorothy Tinker and Hugh Pugh all of this place to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father, besides many more distant relatives. Funeral services were held in the M.E. church Monday afternoon conducted by the pastor, Rev. Kirby. Interment took place in our beautiful cemetery.
