Monona: Funeral services for Mrs. J. P. Lenth were held Tuesday afternoon from St. Paul's Lutheran church, the Rev. H. W. Siefkes officiating, with burial in the city cemetery. Mrs. Lenth had been ill for many months.
Surviving her are the widower, John P. Lenth; eleven children, Mrs. Ben F. Jarms, Mrs. Hilda Miller, Gustave Lenth, John A. Lenth, Wilbert F. Lenth, Elmer Lenth, Mrs. Arthur Palas, Ernst Lenth, Herbert Lenth, Louis Lenth and Mrs. Vern Haberichter, all residing near Monona; one sister, Miss _____ Harnack of Monona, and four brothers, August, Louis, Ernst and Henry Harnack.
Mrs. Lenth was a very good neighbor, a helpful wife and mother and a kind friend. The large attendance at the funeral showed the esteem in which she was held. The community sympathizes with the family.
