Clayton County Register, Wed., 11 Dec. 1935.

Monona: Mrs. Roy Koth, 47, died early Saturday morning at her home near Monona. Early in the week she suffered a severe stroke. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon from St. Paul's Lutheran church with burial in the city cemetery. The Rev. H. W. Siefkes, local pastor, will officiate.

Surviving her are the widower, Roy Koth; one daughter, Evelyn, now Mrs. Victor Kuhse of Postville, and two grandchildren; three brothers, William C. Kruse, Henry Kruse, and August A. Kruse, and one sister, Mrs. Arno J. Kaiser.

Mrs. Koth was a kind and loving wife, a good mother and sister and a real friend to all. The sympathy of the entire community is extended the mourners in their loss.
