Funeral services for Mrs. Robert Boyle, 48, were held at the Congregational church Thursday afternoon, Rev. J. F. Parsons officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Grove cemetery. Mrs. Boyle died Tuesday after an illness of several months. She was born Feb. 19, 1887, at Osterdock and came to McGregor with her adopted parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Klotzbach, at the age of two years. On Dec. 24, 1902, she was married to Robert Boyle of McGregor. She is survived by her husband, one son, Huron, two daughters, Mrs. Raymond Fields and Mrs. Robert Wrenn, all of McGregor; five grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Fred Kraus, of Elkader and two brothers, Frank Stone of Elkader and Fred Curtin of Tigerton, Wis.
