Clayton County Register, Thur., 17 Oct. 1935.

Strawberry Point: Jimmy, the nine-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Blok, passed away Tuesday evening after a brief illness of double pneumonia. Funeral services were held at the Gill Funeral chapel Thursday afternoon and were conducted by the Rev. James P. Gable, pastor of the Methodist church. Interment was made in the Strawberry Point cemetery. Surviving are the parents, two brothers, Bobbie and Billie, and a twin sister, Joan, the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Lang of West Union, and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Lois Lang, of Strawberry Point.
