The death of Henry Eder occurred Friday evening. Henry Eder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Eder Sr., was born on a farm three and one-half miles northwest of Strawberry Point on Dec. 3, 1859. In 1900 he moved to town with his parents. His mother passed away in 1912 and father in 1915. The deceased was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran church. He is survived by three brothers and four sisters: John Eder, Michael Eder, Strawberry Point; George Eder, Rock Rapids; Mrs. Margaret Schneider and Mrs. Amelia Schmidt, Strawberry Point; Mrs. Lizzie Eppler, Dubuque; and Mrs. Emma Opperman, Cedar Falls. No funeral arrangements have been announced.
