Meier, Duglos 1908-1909

Thursday, October 21st, 1909, the angel of death visited the home of Aug. W. Meier and wife, of Communia, and took from them their beloved and only son, Duglos.

Note: The body of the obit spelled the surname as Meier and the card of thanks as Meyer. The obit was transcribed just as it was printed in the newspaper. Duglos' gravestone & that of his parents August & Minnie in Union cemetery, spells their surname as Meier.
