Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Nov. 1924. Strawberry Point column.

The death of Thos. Woodruff, aged 71 years, occurred last Wednesday after a lingering illness of nearly a year. Funeral services were held in the M.E. church Friday conducted by Rev. Turner. Besides his wife and three sons he leaves one grandson, one sister and three brothers, besides other relatives and friends to mourn his death. Interment took place in our beautiful cemetery.
