Lucy Ellen Wymore was born September 5th, 1870 at Rosehill, Mahaska Co., Iowa, and died August 15th, 1911 at the homestead at Monona, Iowa.
The first twelve years of her life were spent at Rosehill, Iowa, whence the family moved to Ainsworth, Neb. On October 4th, 1887, she was married to Wm. E. Dull, of Monona, Ia. After a residence of three years in Nebraska, they returned to Iowa, where, on a farm north of Monona, the remainder of her life was spent.
Mrs. Dull became the mother of ten children, sacrifice and glory enough for any woman. All the children are living - Mrs. A. Ferguson, Mrs. H. Ferguson, Ross, Edna, David, Page, Lucy, William, Winnifred and baby Arthur. These and her loving husband, an aged mother, five brothers and two sisters, she leaves in sorrow.
The funeral took place Friday morning, Aug. 18th, at 10 o'clock, from the family residence to the Methodist church. Rev. Bird delivered the eulogy.
