Elkader, Ia.- George C. Schrampfer, 57, head of the meat department at Schrody's Store, died Tuesday at the Central Community Hospital in Elkader.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Our Redeemer Church in Elkader. Burial will be in the East Side Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Witt Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Wednesday until Friday afternoon when they may call at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Cordie; three sons, Willis, Cedar Rapids, Ia., David, Cedar Rapids, and Dan, Elkader; two daughters, Mrs. Marion Hesle, Waterville, Ia., and Eunice Schrampfer, Elkader; a brother, John, Elkader; and three grandchildren.
