On the 26th inst., at his home in Sperry township, occurred the death of Charles Bentley, formerly a resident of Highland township, aged 29 years. A little over a year ago he was married to a daughter of James McCrae, who is now left to mourn the loss of her companion. She has the sympathy of a large circle of friends in her sad affliction. The funeral occurred on the 27th, Rev. J. G. Whitford officiating, and was largely attended.
