Elkader Register, Thur., 23 July 1903.

It now appears that the man lying at the morgue at Minneapolis, reported to be A. J. M_yer, of Elkader, is Albert Moyer, a brother of Mrs. A. L. Barthell and Mrs. A. H. Wells, of this place. The relatives here believe it to be him. R. E. Price went to Minneapolis Monday and was to investigate the matter. He reports that the remains were those of Albert Moyer, who was killed by falling from a stable loft. He was about 36 years old, and left Elkader some seventeen years ago. His remains were buried at Minneapolis.
