Died on Wednesday, June 18,1890, Mary Maier, wife of Jacob Maier, of Volga township.

Mrs. Maier has been sick for two years, and all that kind friends and medical aid could do was of no avail.

Mrs. Maier was a sister of Henry and Fred Lundt, of this township, and was a lady that was respected and loved by all.

She leaves a husband and six children to mourn the loss of a kind and affectionate wife and mother. The bereaved family have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction. Rev. Fuchs conducted the funeral services in an eloquent manner.

We wish to tender our heartfelt thanks to the many kind friends who assisted us during the illness and death of our beloved wife and mother.
