Elkader Register, Fri., 8 Sept. 1882.

Geo. McCrae, a son of James McCrae, aged about 26 years of age, died at his residence near Volga City, on the 4th, after a short illness of two weeks. He leaves a wife and two children. The funeral occurred Wednesday, Rev. Mr. McIntyre officiating.
