Alo Irene (Mahowald) Moser, 91, died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010, at Guttenberg Care Center.
Visitation was before services at the church. Funeral services were Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Guttenberg, Rev. Harold McMillin conducted.
Inurnment was at Guttenberg City Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Guttenberg.
Alo was born the daughter of William and Louisa (Tuecke) Mahowald on April 17, 1919, near Clayton.
Alo graduated from the Guttenberg High School and was a homemaker for many years. On Jan. 29, 1946, she was united in marriage with Glendor Moser at St. John's Lutheran Church.
Alo taught country school, worked for the American Pearl Button Co., Utah Speaker Co., was a high school cook, and she and Glen were custodians at St. John's Church for many years.
Survivors include three sons, Joseph Moser, Roger (Barbara) Moser, and Alan (Tina Bolsinger) Moser all of Guttenberg; three grandchildren, Amy (Alan) Vonderhaar, Hannah Moser, and Nicholas Moser; and one great-grandson, Landon Vonderhaar.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters, Ruth Heitman and Helen Herboldsheimer.
