Died, November 24th, 1871, at the house of Henry Bowen, in Dubuque, Miss Sarah Daniels of McGregor, aged 20 years, 6 months and 19 days.

The deceased was buried in the graveyard in this place, by the side of her parents who years ago preceded her to the heavenly city. A large number of our citizens and a number from McGregor accompanied her remains to their last resting place. Years ago, we knew Sarah as a bright and promising little girl. Her early death will be mourned and regretted by all who knew her.
