Calmar- Arthur J. Schmidt, 86, of St. Olaf died Wednesday at the Lutheran Home in Strawberry Point.

Funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Norway Lutheran Church, rural St. Olaf. Burial will be in the Farmersburg-Wagner cemetery, Farmersburg. Friends may call today (Friday) at the Witt Funeral Home in Elkader.

Survivors include a son LeRoy of Waukon; a daughter, Mrs. Gilman (Helen) Johnson of St. Olaf; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
