Monona- Funeral services for Mrs. Alfred Kleinow, 29, were held Monday afternoon. Burial was in the McGregor cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Alfred Kleinow, 29, who died at her home Saturday afternoon, were held at the home Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. S. F. Kenderline, pastor of the McGregor Methodist church. Burial was made in the Pleasant Ridge cemetery. Mrs. Kleinow died at the birth of a stillborn baby. Mrs. Kleinow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thornton of Marquette, was born near Luana, May, 1906. She was married to Alfred Kleinow in 1922, moving to Chicago, where they lived until about two years ago when they moved onto the Kleinow farm. She is survived by her husband, three little girls and one boy. She is also survived by her father; one sister, Mrs. Claude Bacon of Waukon; two brothers, Edward of Marquette and Fred of Waukon.

Funeral services for Mrs. Alfred Kleinow, 29, of Pleasant Ridge, were held at the home Monday afternoon, Rev. S. F. Kenderline officiating.
Mrs. Kleinow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thornton, was born near Luana, May 21, 1905, and died with her infant son, March 23, 1935.
Soon after her marriage to Alfred Kleinow, the family moved to Chicago, returning to Pleasant Ridge about two years ago.
She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Delores, 11, Jacqueline, 6, and Devonne, 5; one son, Robert, 2; her father, Charles Thornton, of Marquette; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Bacon, of Waukon; two brothers, Edward, of Marquette, and Fred, of Waukon. Her mother died when she was a child of seven.
Burial was made in the Pleasant Grove cemetery.
