LOUIS J. KAISER

Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 16, 1963, for Louis J. Kaiser, Strawberry Point, at the Witt Chapel, Elkader, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Alvin Volle officiating. Burial was in the East Side Cemetery, Elkader.

Pallbearers were Ben Casey, George Behn, Otto Berns, Lester Stahl, Milton Klink and Miles Scott.

Louis J. Kaiser, son of Christian and Marie Witte Kaiser, was born on a farm southwest of Elkader, Aug. 25, 1875, and died Nov. 12, 1963, at Central Community Hospital, Elkader.

Mr. Kaiser received his education in the rural school of Clayton County and farmed until a few years ago when he retired and moved to Strawberry Point. At the time of his death, he was making his home with Mrs. Rose Dodge in Strawberry Point.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.

Survivors are one sister, Mrs. Gusta Stillion, Fort Dodge, and a niece, Mrs. Vera Wright, Maquoketa.
