MRS. EMMA McCAULEY

Mrs. Emma McCauley died Friday, March 6th, after an illness of five months, at the age of 64 years at her home in Ft. Dodge.

Mrs. McCauley was the daughter of the late Christian and Mary Kaiser of Osborne and grew to womanhood in that community.

She was united in marriage with Charles M. Heiden in the year 1899 and to this union two children were born—Lester and Vera.

They lived at Ringsted, where Mr. Heiden was engaged in business. Feb. 12, 1909, Mr. Heiden was killed in a railroad accident and the family then moved to Ft. Dodge, where the deceased has since made her home.

Her son Lester Heiden preceded her in death on Sept. 30, 1939. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Melvin Wright of Rockwell City, two sisters and one brother—Mrs. Earl Stillion of Ft. Dodge and Miss Elizabeth Kaiser and Louis Kaiser of Osborne; three grandchildren—Charles and Roland Wright of Rockwell City and Betty Heiden of Storm Lake.

Brief services were held here Monday afternoon at the grave when burial was made in the East Side Cemetery, the Rev. P. Kitterer officiating.
