St. Olaf - Funeral services for Mrs. Torkel Reierson, 85, were held Thursday afternoon at the Norway Lutheran church with Rev. S. J. Strandjord, pastor, officiating. Burial was made in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Reierson died Monday, June 29, following a lingering illness.

Sigri Nelson Nostebo was born June 25, 1857, in Nummedal, Norway. She was united in marriage to Torkel Reierson June 6, 1884. Mr. Reierson preceded her in death. Surviving are five children, Mrs. Oscar Olson, Mrs. Emil Johnson and Henry Reierson of St. Olaf, Ray Reierson of Elkader, and Mrs. Arthur Erger of Kenyon, Minn., also six grandchildren and three-grandchildren. Three sisters and one brother preceded her in death, Mrs. Andrew Anderson, Mrs. Johannes Sjerva, Helga Nelson and Torkel Nelson.
