Ira R. Olson, retired farmer, St. Olaf, died Saturday at Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis. He was 69.

Funeral services were held Monday, at 1:30 p.m. at the Norway Lutheran church, rural St. Olaf, with burial in the church cemetery. Witt Funeral Home of Elkader was in charge of the funeral arrangements.

Surviving are his wife, Edna; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (LaVonda) Kohnen, Dubuque; five grandchildren; a brother, Alph, Silverton, Ore.
