St. Olaf - Thomas Peterson, 76, died Monday at Elkader Central Community Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Norway Lutheran Church, rural St. Olaf, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Witt Funeral Home in Elkader.

Survivors are his wife Mabel; two sons, Harold of Farmersburg and Wayne of St. Olaf; two daughters, Mavis of St. Olaf and Ruth of Strawberry Point; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Nellie Fuelling of Farmersburg.
