Services Held Here For Mrs. Fred Stoecker

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Trinity Lutheran church for Mrs. Fred Stoecker, who died at her home in Fort Pierre, South Dakota, on July 7. Rev. Theo. Frese officiated at the rites, which were in charge of the Tuecke Funeral Homoe, with burial in the city cemetery.

The remains were brought here by Mr. Stoecker. The Stoeckers were formerly residents of Guttenberg, having left here in 1918.

[NOTE: Her maiden name was Elsa Capelle, according to a newspaper article about their wedding in 1912.]
