Miss Grace Pollard, about 75, formerly of Waterloo, died at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her cousin, Miss Nell Westfall, at Strawberry Point. She formerly resided at 417 Allen Street in Waterloo and had lived with her cousin the last several years.
Miss Pollard for many years was office assistant for Dr. G. G. Bickley in Waterloo, and was a member of Grace Brethren Church.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Congregational Church at Strawberry Point, with burial there.
Preceding her in death were a brother and a sister, Mrs. Maude Hady, the latter of Waterloo.

Grace Adele Pollard 78 daughter of Walker Pollard and Sarah Westfall Pollard, died Wednesday at the home of Nell Westfall in Strawberry Point.
Funeral services were held at the Congregational church Saturday afternoon with the Rev. B. H. Shaw in charge. The body was placed in the receiving vault at the Strawberry Point cemetery.
Miss Pollard was born July 21, 1871, at Strawberry Point, and, after graduating from high school and business college, was employed as a secretary. She was a member of Grace Lutheran church.
She is survived by a nephew, Robert A. Pollard of Phoenix, Ariz., and two nieces, Mrs. James (Jean) Bennett of Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., and Mrs. J. W. (Mary) Sullivan of Hanover, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
