Iowa Deaths:

Strawberry Point- A. J. Bush, 71, died Tuesday. Services: 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Methodist church.

Clayton County Register, Thur., 15 Sept. 1949.

A. J. Bush, 72, farmer living between Strawberry Point and Elkader, died last Tuesday after a long illness. Mr. Bush was born at Lamont and had lived near there until twelve years ago, when he bought the farm on Cox Creek. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Floyd of Cox Creek and Loren of Clermont; one daughter, Mrs. Arthur Talcott of Lamont; one brother and three sisters.

Funeral services were held from the Strawberry Point Methodist church Thursday afternoon, with burial in the Strawberry Point cemetery.
