Strawberry Point- Clara Dittmer, 98, of rural Strawberry Point, one of Clayton county's oldest residents, died Sunday at the Elkader hospital.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John McTaggart of Strawberry Point, with whom she made her home; two sons, Floyd and Arthur of Strawberry Point; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader. She was the oldest member of the church. Burial will be in the Mederville cemetery.

Friends may call at McTaggart funeral home in Elkader after 7 p.m. Monday.
