McGregor- Leona E. Nading Schmidt, 96, formerly of McGregor, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 1999, in Prairie Health Care Center, Prairie du Chien, Wis., after a long illness. Memorial services: 2 p.m. Sunday, First Lutheran Church, rural McGregor. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Thornburg-Hanson Funeral Home, McGregor.

Survivors include a son, Dwain Nading of McGregor; two daughters, Marcella Gregerson of Prairie du Chien, Wis., and Eunice Carlson of McGregor; and a brother, Lawrence Kraus of North Aurora, Ill.
