Monona- Gladys Hillman Loveland, 88, of Tacoma, Wash., formerly of Monona and Calmar, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997, in the Lutheran Home, Tacoma, after a lingering illness. Memorial services are pending at Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona.

Survivors include her son, the Rev. Russell Hillman and wife Ann of Gig Harbor, Wash.; her daughter, Maxine Swanson of Itasca, Ill.; six grandchildren; and a sister, Elmira Cordes of Monona.
