Iowa Deaths.
Elkader- Sarah Jungblut, 59, died Wednesday. Services Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church. Burial in church cemetery. Body is at Witt Funeral Home.

Sarah Altha Jungblut, 59, died at her home Sept. 03, 1952, of a heart attack. She was born July 21, 1893, the daughter of John and Altha Toutsch at Elkader, Iowa.
On April 12, 1912, she was united in marriage to John Jungblut at Dubuque. Six children were born to this union of whom three survive, namely: Elmer Delos of the Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Md.; John Robert of the Shepherd Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, Texas; and Kenneth Joseph of Elkader; four grandchildren and one sister, Viva Barghahn of Strawberry Point. Her husband, John, and three children preceded her in death, Melvin John, Edwin Donald, and Sarah Altha.
Mrs. Jungblut received her education and graduated from St. Joseph high school in Elkader. Her whole life was lived here. She belonged to the Royal Neighbors.
The funeral was held Sept. 06, 1952, from St. Joseph Catholic church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. B. H. Skahill officiated.
Pallbearers were: Don Wolf, Richard Wolf, A. A. Schultz, Richard Fassbinder, Eldo Meyer and Gus Miller.
Those attending from a distance were Elmer Jungblut and family of Washington, D.C.; John Jungblut and Family, Wichita Falls, Texas; Mrs. Melvin Jungblut and Judy, North Chicago, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Toutsch, Fayette, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Barghahn, Waterloo; Viva Barghahn and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Duncan, Strawberry Point.
