Strawberry Point-- Funeral services will be held at 8 a.m. Monday morning from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Strawberry Point for George Davis, Sr., 79, who died at his farm home about five miles north of Strawberry Point on April 2.

Survivors include his wife, five daughters, two sons and nine grandchildren. The daughters are Mrs. Frank (Mildred) Ansteth, Hartford, Mich.; Mrs. Glen (Pauline) Rittenhouse, Waterloo; Bernice Davis, Strawberry Point; Mrs. D. J. (Virginia) Young, Watervliet, Mich.; and Mrs. Claude (Vivian) Northrop, Arlington. The two sons are George Davis, Jr., and Emerson Davis, both of Strawberry Point. He is preceded by his parents, one sister, two brothers, and one grandson.

Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery with the Gill Funeral service in charge.
