Strawberry Point-- Clyde L. Roeder, 83, of Strawberry Point, died Thursday morning, April 30, 2009, at Regional Medical Center in Manchester following a brief illness. Memorial services: 4 p.m. Saturday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Strawberry Point, by the Rev. Jason Cooper. Inurnment: Ceres Cemetery near Garnavillo.

Survivors include his wife, Marion Roeder of Strawberry Point; five children, Kent Roeder of Manchester, Diane (Richard) Brandt of Strawberry Point, Darlene (David) Bahls of Elkader, Karen (Delvin) Tieden of Elkader and Kevin (Ilene) Roeder of Guttenberg; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two on the way; and one sister, Darla (Ronald) Fishler of Edgewood.

Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Brian in infancy; one daughter, Marla Roeder in 1973; and one brother, Clark Roeder.
