Volga-- John P. Donlon, 40, died Thursday morning near Elkader in an automobile-semi trailer truck accident. He was a dispatcher for the Clayton County Sheriff's Department and a recent graduate of NITI electronic technology program.

Survivors include his wife, Jane; three step-daughters, Heather Stoner, Jody Stoner and Jennifer Stoner, all at home; his mother, Florence Donlon of Elkader; five sisters, Mary Williams of Minneapolis, Patricia Milbrandt of Colorado Springs, Colo., Arlene Moran of Rushford, Minn., Jane Schmitz of Arkadelphia, Ark., and Babbette Johnson of Aitkin, Minn.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Elkader. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at Leonard-Witt's, Elkader, where a Guild rosary will be recited at 7:30 Sunday night.
