Strawberry Point, Ia. - Funeral services for Charles Schug, 75, will be held here Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Emmanuels Lutheran Church with burial in the Strawberry Point Cemetery. Mr. Schug died here Tuesday at his home following a short illness.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Schug and was born Nov. 5, 1867 on a farm near here. He was married Feb. 10, 1891 to Emma Marquardt and they farmed until they retired and moved to town about 25 years ago.

Surviving are his widow; one son, Carl of Strawberry Point; one daughter, Mrs. Henry Jennerjohn of Manchester; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Lena Mark of Sumner; and one brother, Albert of Arlington.
