Farmersburg, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. Minna Kluth, 78, were held here Monday afternoon from the home to St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. H.M. Adix, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Farmersburg and Wagner Cemetery. The pallbearers were: Orville, Orval, and Willis Tielbar, MaLloyd and Reuben Mueller, and George and Joseph Kluth.
Mrs. Kluth died Thursday following a stroke, although she had been in failing health for some time.
She was the former Minna Bade and was born in Germany. She came to America when 17 years old and in 1885 was married to John Kluth. They farmed in this vicinity until 1925 when they retired and moved to Farmersburg. Her husband died two years later.
Surviving are five children: Mrs. Caroline Tielbar, Mrs. Elta Tielbar, Mrs. Minnie Mueller, Mrs. Amanda Mueller, and John, all of this vicinity; and 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
