McGregor, Ia. - Funeral services for John Monahan, 68, were held at St. Mary's Church here Friday with the Rev. J.J. Horsfeld officiating. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery*. Born in Marquette, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Monahan, he always lived there. Until retirement some time ago he had been a brakeman on the Milwaukee Railroad for many years. He never married and he was the last of his family, three brothers and two sisters having preceded him in death.
