McGregor, Ia. - Funeral services will be held in the Methodist Church here Sunday afternoon for Earl M. De Haven, 49, who died Friday at the McGregor Hospital following several years of failing health. The Rev. F. Glen McMichael, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Mr. De Haven was born in McGregor, July 8, 1890, the only child of Mr.and Mrs. James De Haven. He was associated with his father for many years in the livery business here and of late years had been in the taxi business between McGregor and Marquette.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Fred Mueller of Independence; a son, Glenn of Davenport; two half-sisters, Mrs. W.F. Schieldman of Dubuque and Mrs. Letty Johnson of Pacific Beach, Calif.
