MASON, GREEN, PLUMERO

Monona, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Gertrude Mason, 75, who died at her home here Monday following a brief illness, were held at the Schultz Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon. The Rev. H.W. Farnham, Methodist pastor, officiated at the services and at the burial in the City Cemetery.

Mrs. Mason was born June 19, 1865 at Brasher Falls, N.Y., the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Edward Green. She came with her parents to Monona when two years old and on Nov. 21, 1882 she was married here to Cassius M. Mason. Mr. Mason died July 8, 1936.

Surviving are four children: Lee of Auburn, Ind., Ella of Waterloo, Mrs. Euvy Plumero of Galesburg, Ill., and Mildred of Charles City; two grandchildren; three brothers, George Green of Chickasha, Okla., Fred of Milwaukee, and Lou of Minneapolis. A son and a daughter also preceded her in death.
